With a lifelong career of achieving accolades in the London restaurant scene Gary has perfected the challenge of bringing the fine dining experience to the larger numbers of event catering. Gary's expertise is vital in ensuring that menus match the occasion and venue served in the quickest time, fresh, hot and with maximum impact.

Gary's career has been paved through some of London and Paris's most prestigious restaurants and hotels with Albert Roux at Le Gavroche and Gavvers in Mayfair, The Ritz Piccadilly, The Goring Hotel and Le Fouquets on the Champs Elysee, and the most distinguished of guests from royalty to rock stars, politicians to sportsmen.

In recent years Gary has managed teams of chefs at events seating in excess of 1000 people giving Gary the edge in logistic management and control. Whoever the guest, and whatever the occasion our teams focus and dedication is the same, to serve and impress.

Working with our suppliers Gary and his team of chefs continue to innovate and excite bringing together quality and seasonal ingredients to create stunning and unique dishes that do not fail to impress.

It was a delight to have Gary in the kitchen and I was amazed how he produced such delicious food with limited facilities and left the kitchen as he found it.
